GramTrigger guide
Instagram Comment Campaign SOP
An Instagram comment campaign SOP provides a repeatable process for every keyword campaign. The SOP covers pre-launch preparation, active fulfillment, request tracking, and post-campaign export. When the team follows the SOP consistently, campaigns run smoothly regardless of who is managing them. GramTrigger supports this SOP with structured campaign records. GramTrigger is a workflow and request-management tool, not an official Instagram or Meta product.
GramTrigger methodology
Original operating system for Instagram Comment Campaign SOP
The GramTrigger method treats every comment campaign as an approval workflow, not an automation shortcut. The goal is to prepare the offer, lead magnet, keyword strategy, Reply Library draft, Request Inbox stages, handoff owner, and Lead Export fields before comments turn into operational work.
Campaign Blueprint SOP
Confirm the offer, lead magnet, keyword strategy, comment CTA, reply draft, owner, approval status, and Lead Export fields before launch.
Comment Funnel Workflow
Use the same path everywhere: Offer → Lead Magnet → AI Funnel Builder → Keyword Strategy → Comment CTA → Reply Draft → Review & Approval → Campaign Launch → Request Inbox → Lead Tracking → Export.
Approval Queue Workflow
Review caption CTA, pinned comment, reply draft, lead magnet link, compliance notes, and client approval before a campaign goes live.
Export Readiness Checklist
Export only after records have clear status, no sensitive private data, an owner, follow-up stage, and a documented next action.
Campaign Recovery Workflow
If requests are missed, pause new promotion, review pending records, update Reply Library drafts, communicate manually where appropriate, and document the process fix.
Decision framework
Use this matrix before choosing the next step.
Manual review reminder
Draft response — review before sending. Use approved tools and follow platform rules. GramTrigger helps plan and manage lead magnet workflows; it does not scrape users or auto-send unauthorized DMs.
Workflow Overview
Campaign Checklist
SOP step one: define the campaign
Before creating the campaign record, define the offer, the audience, and the goal. What resource are you offering? Who is it for? What action do you want the audience to take after receiving it? A clear campaign definition makes the rest of the SOP easier to follow because every subsequent step flows from this foundation.
SOP step two: prepare the campaign record
Create the campaign record in GramTrigger with the campaign name, trigger keyword, confirmed destination link, response draft, and initial status set to ready. This step is the operational foundation of the campaign. When the record is complete before the post goes live, fulfillment can begin immediately when the first request arrives.
SOP step three: write and review the caption
Write the caption with the trigger keyword appearing clearly and prominently. Describe the fulfillment process accurately without overpromising. Review the caption for compliance with platform guidelines. Confirm the keyword in the caption matches the keyword in the campaign record exactly.
SOP step four: launch and fulfill
Publish the post and update the campaign status to active. Begin fulfilling keyword comments using the saved script and destination link. Update the lead count as requests are fulfilled. Check for new keyword comments periodically throughout the active window.
SOP step five: close and export
When the campaign closes, fulfill any remaining pending requests. Update the status to complete. Export the campaign record from GramTrigger. Save the export to the archive. Review the campaign performance using the export data.
How GramTrigger helps
GramTrigger supports the Instagram comment campaign SOP with structured records that guide creators through each step. The record prompts setup, tracks fulfillment, and produces exports at close. Results depend on content quality, audience, offer, follow-up execution, and platform rules.
Compliance Note
GramTrigger helps organize Campaign Blueprints, Reply Library drafts, Request Inbox stages, approvals, delivery status, Lead Exports, and reports. Delivery should be handled manually or through approved tools depending on your account and available platform support.
