Information we collect

GramTrigger collects account information you provide during signup, including your email address and account name. We also collect campaign data you create within the workspace, such as Campaign Blueprint names, keyword strategy fields, lead magnet links, Reply Library drafts, Request Inbox stages, Approval Queue notes, Lead Tracking status, delivery status, and Lead Export records.

GramTrigger does not ask for or store Instagram passwords, direct message content, or social media login credentials. We do not access your Instagram account, DMs, comments, or profile data.

How we use your data

Account and campaign data are used to provide workspace access, checkout processing via Stripe, Campaign Blueprint records, reply review, Lead Exports, and support. Campaign data you create is stored in your workspace and used to deliver the product experience you expect: organized campaign records, Request Inbox stages, approval status, delivery status, and export-ready lead lists.

We do not sell your personal data, campaign records, or account information to third parties. Example campaign data shown on the public site is illustrative and does not contain real user information.

Cookies and tracking

GramTrigger uses HTTP-only session cookies to maintain your workspace session. We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or social media pixels for retargeting. Security headers and server-side checkout configuration help protect your session and payment data.

Third-party services

GramTrigger uses Stripe for payment processing. Stripe receives your payment information according to their own privacy policy and security practices. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes requests according to their data processing agreement. No other third-party services have access to your campaign data.

Data retention

Your campaign records remain in your workspace until you delete them or close your account. Export files you generate are stored temporarily for download and removed after delivery. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can manage your campaign records through the dashboard or contact support for account-level requests. We respond to all legitimate requests within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Changes to this policy

If this privacy policy changes materially, we will update the policy on this page and note the effective date. Continued use of GramTrigger after changes means acceptance of the updated policy.
